Company: Marsh Description: Job Profile Summary An Implementation Services specialist bridges the technical gap between the client’s needs and the company’s solutions. They are responsible for the smooth transition of clients' data and processes onto the company’s platform/s. A Senior Implementation Services Assistant plays an important role in day-to-day administrative support. Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions with program applications. Assist in validating outgoing files for accuracy in data and layout. Provide administrative support to senior implementation team members.
