As a Material Coordinator for JD Engine Works located in Waterloo, Iowa , you will:
Coordinate and execute critical material requests, including hot calls, bench-to-bench moves, transport order creation, and material delivery to support uninterrupted production. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through inventory verification, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and SAP inventory transactions. Troubleshoot and resolve material flow issues within warehouse and production systems, including Perfect Pick, Seegrid, overscans, and open transport orders. Manage shortage, expedite, quality, and repack processes by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability. Communicate material priorities, shortages, and operational issues across shifts while maintaining accurate logistics reporting and escalation of critical concerns.

Strong knowledge of material flow, inventory control, warehouse operations, and production support processes. Proficiency with SAP and related material management systems for inventory transactions, transport orders, and inventory reconciliation. Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple departments and shifts. Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage urgent production needs, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What Makes You Stand Out
Experience working with wage workforce. Supply Management background. SAP, Excel Desired education is 4 year Bachelor's Degree.

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
