Today, our practices span Commerce, Service, Marketing and Design & Digital Products. And our team is shaped by over 65 of the sharpest creative and strategic minds in the industry, collaborating to accelerate ideas into reality. Underpinning it all is a treasure trove of technology, data and insights powered by Accenture’s global capabilities. Purpose Contribute to the design of better services — supporting research, synthesis, and the creation of artefacts that help organisations understand their users and improve the experiences they deliver. Orientation Learn and apply service design methods at the project level; develop proficiency in research, facilitation, and artefact creation; grow your ability to connect insight to design thinking under the guidance of more senior designers. Expectations Be adventurous. Bring a vision. Make an impact. Rely on empathy. Nurture collaboration. Stay transparent. Be bold and generous in all you do. Years of Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in service design, UX research, or a related field. Exposure to qualitative research methods and user interviews. Awareness of service design artefacts including journey maps and personas. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Social Science, or a related field. Bring genuine curiosity about people, organisations, and the systems that connect them. Approach new methods and challenges with openness and a willingness to learn. Demonstrate care and quality in your work, however small the task. Craft Support the conduct of qualitative research activities — interviews, observation, and note-taking. Contribute to the synthesis of research findings into themes, insights, and opportunity areas. Assist in the creation of service design artefacts including personas, journey maps, and service blueprints. Support the design and facilitation of co-design workshops under the guidance of senior designers. Develop your visual communication skills, producing clear and considered artefacts. Project Support the delivery of a service design workstream with quality and care. Collaborate actively with product, content, and technology team members. Manage your own tasks and time effectively within project timelines. Client Engage with client teams in a professional and collaborative manner. Develop confidence presenting research and design thinking to stakeholders. Build an understanding of client context, user needs, and organisational dynamics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, team-first mindset. THINGS TO NOTE Some of our clients require background checks. You will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to confirm your identity, criminal record, right to work and residency. Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client’s office to work collaboratively. We are building a team that represents the diversity of our society and we are looking for people who will be a cultural add, not a
