Work you'll do As a Technical Architect on the Banking and Capital Markets team, focusing on Commercial Banking, Retail Banking and Payments, you will be responsible for: Leading technical architecture and solution design for commercial banking, retail banking, and payments engagements Translating business requirements into detailed technical blueprints, including application architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and implementation approaches Guiding engineering teams through technical standards, design reviews, and build activities to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance platforms Collaborating with client and Deloitte stakeholders across business, product, technology, operations, and delivery teams to align architecture decisions with program objectives Supporting technology transformation initiatives by evaluating solution options, shaping implementation roadmaps, and driving execution across workstreams A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Our Industry Solutions offering provides verticalized solutions that transform how clients sell products, deliver services,
