Overview The Director, Care and Public Affairs and Communication Services Digital Services, Japan plays a critical role in advancing Coca ‑ Cola’s digital transformation by delivering innovative, data ‑ driven solutions across customer care and public affairs and communication services. This role bridges digital capabilities with business priorities in Japan, ensuring that digital products and platforms enhance stakeholder engagement, strengthen brand reputation, and enable responsive, insight ‑ led decision making. Operating within a product ‑ centric digital model, this leader partners closely with business stakeholders, global digital teams, and regional leaders to translate transformation priorities into scalable digital solutions. The role focuses on embedding data, automation, and artificial intelligence into care and communications workflows, driving measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and enterprise reputation management. This position requires strong cross ‑ functional collaboration, an ability to operate within a matrixed global environment, and a deep understanding of how digital capabilities can enable modern communication ecosystems and customer engagement strategies in a complex market like Japan.
