Throughout the day, there is a focus on refining application features and workflows to enhance business processes, while maintaining clear communication with various teams to support seamless project execution and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve challenges that impact project timelines and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation. - Strong understanding of compensation management principles and their application within Workday. - Experience in designing and configuring compensation modules to support complex business requirements. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot compensation-related issues within the Workday environment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flows related to compensation processes. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive compensation solutions.
