Work you’ll do As a Manager on the SAP team, you will lead clients through SAP-enabled business transformations, overseeing solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team performance across the implementation lifecycle. Lead SAP PP engagements from current-state assessment through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Advise clients on SAP PP solution design by translating business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and system specifications. Drive integrated, cross-functional delivery by coordinating with teams across SAP and business workstreams. Build client relationships, facilitate decisions with stakeholders, and manage risks, issues, and delivery priorities. Support business development activities, including pursuits, proposals, estimates, and solution shaping for prospective clients. Coach practitioners, contribute to practice development, and help develop assets and accelerators that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
