The Intake Clinician also assists the Physician and Intake RN by providing face to face clinical assessments, including the history of presenting illness, family dynamics and supporting psychosocial information. Requirements: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Human Services field required Or License Registered Nurse Work experience in a hospital setting preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
