Principal Engineer - Access Management

Company: Description: Under close supervision, ensures all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation meet requirements. Provides support with testing account lifecycle processes such as creation, modification, and deletion. Helps with verifying that audit reports and user lists are generated as expected. Assists with setting up access for the UAM team. Assists with the management of ServiceNow tickets and the UAM mailbox for incoming requests and issues. Conducts weekly monitoring controls for generic accounts. Performs sanity checks and process project provisioning requests for both Production and UAT environments. Monitors automated bot processes and promptly escalate any failures. Supports audit activities by providing necessary evidence. Collaborates with various support teams to streamline and optimize processes. Supports the SME for application in case of any issues.
