Work you'll do As a Technical Senior Consultant on the Cornerstone team, you will be responsible for: Leading the Cornerstone technical implementation workstream through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology. Defining user journeys and user stories to support the design and build of Cornerstone integrations by leveraging connectors, API, xAPI, and flat file integrations. Configuring the application across technical and data conversion areas and facilitating stakeholder reviews through joint design sessions. Gathering technical and data requirements, documenting current-state learning and talent service delivery operations, and identifying value drivers across the learning and workforce transformation effort. Developing data migration, conversion and technical integration implementation plans, while managing milestones, scope, budget and risks across the project or workstream.
