People, technology, and Performance are the key to be our cultural compass.  The HR Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time by carrying out the required payroll processes and procedures, and for performing activities in strict compliance with SLB procedures, employment rules, manuals, policies and country legislation. What Will You Do    Job Summary   The PSD Performance Hub Assistant provides centralized administrative, transactional, and coordination support to PSD teams in the assigned geographies. This role reduces the operational burden on client-facing managers by handling standardized tasks, maintaining business systems, coordinating cross-functional processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role ensures accuracy, standardization, and timely workflow progression across PSD job cycle processes.   Key Skills: Effective communication – ability to clearly convey information across a diverse stakeholder base Accountability – take responsibility for tasks and follows through until completion Attention to detail – ensure high quality and accuracy of work   Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for transactional administrative requests from PSD teams Execute standardized, repeatable tasks in the business systems as per defined framework Capture job requests into FDP system and add resources demand using standard templates and workflows Collect information and create service quotes, job tickets, ensuring information is complete and compliant before sending them to local teams Record field consumption, products mobilization and demobilization requests in the business systems (FDP, FLM, SAP) based on field inputs Enter, update, and maintain data in business systems as directed by PSD team (FDP, FLM, SAP) Monitor data quality, flag inconsistencies, missing entries, and required corrections Interact with BCOE (billing center of excellence) to support invoicing, provide missing documentation, trigger corrections when needed. Validate that all job workflow steps in FDP are complete so billing can proceed.   Maintain trackers for escalations and PSD team requests Facilitates information flow between hub specialists and local PSD teams to maintain aligned priorities and deadlines Escalate process blockers or recurring issues to function leads Ensure all administrative processes follow hub standards Contribute to knowledge base updates and maintain hub templates, SLAs, RACIs Support transition activities when new tasks are moved from operations to the hub Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner Experience Degree-qualified in relevant discipline 1-3 years professional administration experience preferred but not mandatory SLB offers equal employment opportunity.
