Job Title Quality Assurance - C# Automation - Tech Lead Role Summary & Role Description Experience level               :               5 to 10 years Role                                    :               QA - Test Engineer Primary Skills (Must Have): Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation using tools such as Selenium with C# . Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and .NET framework fundamentals . Experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, data-driven, keyword-driven). Proficient in working with collections, LINQ, and design patterns in C#. Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries to validate and test backend data. Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, including integration of automated test suites into build pipelines. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) . Good knowledge of testing methodologies , defect tracking/management tools, QA processes, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) . Behavioral and Soft skills: Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team. Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Work Environment and Domain Expertise: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment , actively participating in sprint ceremonies. Exposure to test planning, estimation, and execution reporting . Experience in Capital Markets or Fund Accounting domain will be an added advantage.

Exposure to modern tools like Playwright (C#) or other automation frameworks. Experience in cloud platforms or enterprise environments . Knowledge of pipeline troubleshooting and test stability optimization .
