We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: -Responsible for the design, development, and iteration of AI Agents in TikTok Shop business scenarios, covering the full cycle from requirement analysis to architecture design, development, and launch, delivering intelligent and efficient product experiences for merchants and users; -Deeply implement Agent capabilities into core e-commerce scenarios, including but not limited to intelligent customer service, product operation assistance, business decision support, content generation, and business process automation, helping merchants and creators better reach consumers and improve operational efficiency; -Responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the Agent technology stack, covering Context Engineering, Harness, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Multi-Agent collaboration, Memory systems, Reinforcement Learning, workflow orchestration, and knowledge base construction; -Develop a deep understanding of the business logic and merchant needs within e-commerce vertical domains, enabling Agents to accurately understand and execute highly specialized and complex business requirements, and truly solve real-world problems in merchant operations; -Continuously track cutting-edge developments in AI and large language models, and rapidly apply new technologies to product iteration.
