We would like to invite you to join our team for a back-office position within Service Administration. The job title in the job contract will be Service Administration Specialist (All genders). Your tasks: Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers, Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers, Manage service contract, Handling customer inquiries, Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections), Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents. ✨ Does it sound interesting to you? 🚀💡 Even if you don’t have experience in this area, we’d still love to hear from you! What You Need to Succeed
Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level), Well-developed MS Office skills, Quick perception, excellent attention to detail, eagerness to learn, Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and timelines.
