Creator Manager, TikTok Operations Thailand

You will join the TikTok Operations — APAC SEA Creator Operations team, responsible for building and scaling TikTok's creator ecosystem across SEA. Our Thailand team sits at the heart of one of TikTok's most vibrant and fast-growing markets in the region, working directly with MCNs, talent agencies, creators, and cross-functional partners to shape how Thai creators experience creativity, entertainment, on TikTok every day. Our team owns the end-to-end creator and partner journey from partner acquisition and onboarding, to creator growth and content quality, to monetization and long-term ecosystem health. We work closely with Communications, Product, Trust & Safety, TikTok Shop, and LIVE teams both locally in Thailand and across the SEA region and even global teams to align strategies, launch campaigns, and deliver the best experience for creators and partners. You'll have direct access to regional leadership, meaningful ownership of your portfolio from day one, and the opportunity to shape how the creator economy grows in one of Southeast Asia's most exciting markets.- Build and manage a portfolio of MCN/talent agency partners across key verticals (entertainment, beauty, lifestyle, food, gaming, etc.)

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main TikTok point of contact for partners and top creators; run regular business reviews and partnership events - Lead MCN/agency/partner onboarding including contracts, operational setup, product training, and playbook rollout; direct onboarding for top-name creators - Mobilize partners and creators for platform campaigns seasonal events aligned with Thai cultural moments - Educate partners on monetization products and help them build monetization capabilities - Track partner performance metrics (onboarding, creator supply, content output) and prepare regular reports - Gather product and creator experience feedback from partners and escalate internally to Product and Operations teams - Scout new MCN/agency partners to fill ecosystem gaps and expand creator supply in underrepresented verticals
