Our Contracts team manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for clients – from first review through to execution. • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships with sophisticated investment funds and asset managers

• Maintain and update client playbooks on an ongoing basis, ensuring consistency and quality across all contract negotiations

• Collaborate with and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, reviewing their work and contributing to a high-performing team culture

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Carta's legal technology suite, identifying ways to innovate using AI-backed tools
