Instructional Designer/Learning Developer - Acute and Ambulatory Nursing

Join Oracle Health’s Federal Learning Design team as a Learning Developer supporting our largest federal client, the Department of Veterans Affairs. You’ll design and maintain engaging digital and instructor-led learning experiences that help VA teams confidently adopt Oracle Health solutions.

This highly collaborative, client-facing role gives you the opportunity to partner directly with VA stakeholders, Oracle teams, and third-party vendors to turn complex needs into practical, high-quality training. We’re looking for someone with 6+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the flexibility to travel as needed.
