Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Kirkwood, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Assist in scheduling and managing staff to meet business needs Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing initiatives and promotional activities Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving store performance Maintain a safe and clean work environment for both customers and employees Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills Basic math and computer proficiency Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience Clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly Additional Information BENEFITS Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program Opportunity to become a Domino’s Franchisee!
