About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Architect Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern digital solutions across enterprise-scale platforms. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architecture ownership, leading a development squad while shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineers to define technical direction, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions using modern full stack technologies and cloud-native practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional development squad and provide technical direction across the full software development lifecycle. Define and govern application architecture, solution design, development standards, and engineering best practices. Design, develop, and oversee scalable full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering excellence practices. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure quality, security, maintainability, and performance. Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth, innovation, and continuous improvement within the squad. Identify technical risks, resolve complex engineering challenges, and support strategic technology decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading development teams or engineering squads. Proven experience in full stack development using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar. Strong expertise in application architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and infrastructure automation. Strong understanding of software security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability principles. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
