As a Senior Cyber Manager, you will work with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative cyber risk solutions while contributing to the growth and development of Aon's cyber portfolio. This full-time hybrid position is based in Mexico City and offers the opportunity to collaborate with organizations across industries while working with one of the world's leading risk and advisory firms. What the day will look like You will partner closely with clients, prospects, insurers, and internal specialists to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies that help organizations identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks. Every day will involve a mix of client engagement, strategic consulting, business development, and portfolio management. Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity strategies and solutions aligned with client objectives and emerging risk landscapes. Support clients and prospects in evaluating and strengthening their cybersecurity programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices. Advise organizations on cyber risk management, governance, resilience, and regulatory considerations. Manage and oversee the Cyber Solutions portfolio, ensuring achievement of business objectives and sustainable growth. Support budgeting and financial planning activities for the cyber practice. Stay informed on emerging cyber threats, industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments impacting clients. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and deliver innovative cyber risk solutions. Prepare and present portfolio performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients. Contribute to new business development opportunities and strengthen Aon's market presence in cyber risk advisory and insurance solutions. Skills and experience that will lead to success Our top colleagues combine strong cybersecurity expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship management skills. They are proactive problem-solvers who can translate technical concepts into business value and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of three years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including at least one year in a leadership, management, or supervisory capacity. Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, or equivalent are highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and related governance models. Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations, including GDPR, LFPDPPP, and other relevant compliance
