This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, business development and support to the team Job Description 3-5 bullet points of specific duties About the Role: Maintained records of industrial/warehouse developments from developer , landlords and investors in Bangalore. Data screening and updation into the database and recurring updation as leasing velocity of the asset progresses Monitor and maintain inventory levels and make necessary number of adjustments and changes to supply data base during project life cycle. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and speed to market on market intel around availability and upcoming supply Source and maintain relationships with Landlords and land supply Familiarity with the city is preferred if any onsite meetings or inspections need to be conducted Business Development activities that include travel to remote areas/industrial clusters/warehousing clusters Accuracy and correct probing techniques for commercial proposal or terms and expectations of the developer , landlords and investors 3-5 bullet points of key selection criteria About You: Ability to manage relationships with all stakeholders Experience within the Property industry is advantageous Strong communication skills High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment 3 bullet points of job/country specific benefits Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
