About The Team: The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business and is responsible for the strategy design and end-to-end processes involved in the purchase of goods and services in a sustainable and financially viable way in compliance with business standards. We are responsible for sourcing and onboarding new vendors, supporting the development of key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project requirements, and business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: - Provide fast quotes, and order services for internal stakeholders within the categories assigned by the Shared Service Center, in line with Procurement's tactical sourcing strategies. - Execute procurement business processes, primarily focusing on P2P (Purchase-to-pay), but potentially other relevant Procurement processes. This entails conducting competitive bidding, contract negotiation and the processing of invoices and payments. - Work with suppliers to improve performance in line with Procurement's performance metrics. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement policies and procedures. - Discover, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues, and take actions to improve processes within the immediate scope.
