Interdisciplinary Systems Engineer, AWS Ground Station

At AWS Ground Station we are changing the way the industry thinks about space to ground communication. Our service enables customers to connect to their on-orbit spacecraft in an on demand model that leverages all the benefits of the AWS network and infrastructure. We are growing our footprint and capabilities of satellite ground stations and are looking for an engineer to deeply own the technical challenges of delivering highly reliable space data from customers’ vehicles into the AWS cloud. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen. 10012 A day in the life On our team you will: - Work with vendors and AWS engineering teams to discover and implement the latest technologies. - Deeply own the deployment, operation, and maintenance of antenna systems around the world ( - Identify gaps in functionality or capabilities and create solutions to solve them. - Participate in on-call rotation - ensuring our customers' needs are being met. - Educate your peers through mentorship and coaching to create lasting positive impact.
