We're looking for someone to join our Revenue Operations Team. This is the first dedicated compensation headcount in the team and will play a key role in scaling our compensation operations. This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor and cross-functional partnership, focusing on administering compensation programs, building scalable processes, and ensuring our GTM teams are paid accurately and on time. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and Sales Leadership to design and maintain the systems, workflows, and governance structures that power our variable compensation programs. In this role, you will be responsible for: Process Design & Maintenance - Design and maintain scalable processes that support efficient compensation administration, including payout cycles, reconciliations, and operational close processes.

Administration - Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments, exceptions, and payout processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across GTM teams.
