The Director partners closely with Technology, Operations, Marketing, and station leadership across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to translate customer and business needs into products that improve Utilization, Revenue, and NPS, while building and mentoring a team of product managers.
What You'll Do

Partner with Technology leadership on the roadmap for core systems to ensure new features are scalable, secure, and station-ready. Collaborate with Marketing and brand teams to ensure products reflect the distinct positioning and voice of Avis, Budget, and Zipcar. Work with Revenue Management, Fleet, and Station Operations to size opportunities and translate them into measurable improvements in Utilization, RPD/RPU, and NPS. Establish product requirements, success metrics, and go-to-market plans; present roadmap and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Manage the product P&L view for owned initiatives, including budget input, prioritization trade-offs, and post-launch performance tracking.
