As the Celonis Professional Services Global Program intern you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the global CS Programs that directly impact our customer value & professional services team members ability to be effective in their customer-facing roles. The CS programs are focused on skill-building and driving adoption related to customer journey methodologies, product & technical capabilities, and process & tools compliance. You will be joining a highly motivated, passionate, and driven team focused on high impact enablement & quality execution.

• Create & Maintain Celonis Professional Services Communications & Assets: you’ll get to own and design content, ensure proper management of materials and communications channels.

• Coordinate Workshops and CS Programs: responsible for scheduling global and regional sessions, content preparation, communications, and post-session success reporting for onboarding & upskilling live sessions.

• Support Stakeholder Management: partner with CS Programs team members to liaise with relevant stakeholders for requirements gathering and feedback on enablement program effectiveness & prioritization.

• Support AI & Innovation Initiatives: assist in evaluating, implementing, or analyzing pilot programs and strategic initiatives that leverage AI to optimize internal workflows and process efficiency.

• Program Analysis & Reporting: analyze program compliance and produce reports for leadership review; understand business needs to assess effectiveness

Your Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• Strong interest or basic knowledge in AI/ML, or automation technologies, with a specific curiosity about how they apply to process optimization and business efficiency.

• Experience with SaaS sales, customer success or consultant a plus.
