The Tax Compliance Analyst (Associate) supports U.S. and Canadian tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate preparation, analysis, and filing of tax returns. This role combines technical tax knowledge, financial analysis, and process control, with a strong focus on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement through the use of new technologies.

- Prepare and file U.S. and Canadian tax returns. - Perform analysis of various business transactions to determine the appropriate tax treatment. - Calculate and process tax payments. - Conduct account reconciliations and follow up on open items. - Apply new technologies to improve the tax process, with a strong focus on innovation. - Audit activities to ensure compliance with government regulations. - Collaborate for compliance matters and audits. About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics (or within 4 months of graduation). - Advanced English (Fluent). - Accounting and tax knowledge. - Knowledge of international taxation (preferred, not required). - Strong analytical skills. - Excel proficiency. - Power BI knowledge.
