Job Overview
The Sr. Manager, EH&S provides strategic and operational leadership for Environmental Health & Safety across the Fairview and Arden manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and continuously improving EH&S programs that ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a strong safety culture aligned with TE standards and operational excellence priorities. Please note : This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively “items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these regulations, it may be necessary for TE to verify a candidate’s national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required prior to releasing its technologies to the candidate. Job Requirements
Multi-Site EH&S Leadership: Lead EH&S strategy and execution across Fairview and Arden, ensuring consistent application of standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Risk & Compliance Management: Assess, quantify, and prioritize EH&S risks; implement mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to OSHA, environmental, and internal compliance requirements. Management System Ownership: Own and advance the EH&S management system (including SAFE or equivalent), ensuring effectiveness, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. Operational Integration: Partner with site leadership to embed EH&S into daily operations, production processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Safety Culture & Engagement: Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership visibility, employee engagement, and behavioral-based safety programs. Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor
