Senior Talent Management & Development Analyst   📍 Guarulhos, SP |   🌎 Training & Development | HR Projects | Advanced English   Shape Talent. Drive Development. Make an Impact.   We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our team in Guarulhos and play a key role in advancing our people strategy. This position is ideal for an HR professional passionate about Training & Development, Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition , with the ability to lead projects and collaborate with global stakeholders. In this role, you will help strengthen employee capabilities, support organizational growth, and contribute to initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and business performance.     What You'll Do

Lead Training & Development initiatives, identifying capability gaps and implementing development plans aligned with business goals. Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and leadership development activities. Manage training metrics and provide insights that drive continuous improvement. Partner with local and global teams on strategic HR and organizational development projects. Support initiatives related to organizational culture, employee engagement, change management, and leadership development. Help standardize and optimize HR processes across multiple locations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of HR experience , with a strong focus on Training & Development. Knowledge of organizational development, employee engagement, and change management practices. Experience leading or supporting HR projects with a high degree of autonomy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors. Advanced English required to participate in global meetings, projects, and communications. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong advantage.
