Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting the successful day-to-day operation of concessions, catering, and premium food service throughout the venue. This position provides leadership and operational oversight before, during, and after events to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient operations, food safety, inventory control, and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Food & Beverage Supervisor actively supervises, coaches, trains, and mentors hourly employees and volunteers while promoting a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. This position serves as a working supervisor and is expected to lead by example while assisting with event execution, staff development, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting both concessions and catering operations. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a flexible, event-driven schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills, self-direction, and proficiency with POS systems and computer applications are required. This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$31.00 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until October 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

Support daily concessions, catering, premium services, and food & beverage operations. Supervise, coach, and support event staff and volunteers to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service. Assist with employee scheduling, check-in, timekeeping, and staffing adjustments. Train employees on operating procedures, food safety, alcohol service, and guest service standards. Ensure concession stands and catering locations are stocked, clean, organized, and event-ready. Assist with inventory control, product receiving, restocking, and food production planning. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout events. Oversee assigned service locations and resolve operational, staffing, equipment, and guest concerns. Troubleshoot POS systems, payment devices, and related technology. Monitor cash handling, reconciliations, and compliance with financial controls. Complete post-event inventory, reconciliation, reporting, and event documentation. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety regulations. Report and address safety hazards, accidents, equipment issues, and policy violations. Support catered events from setup through breakdown while coordinating with culinary and event staff.
