Planejamento e execução de treinamentos sobre processos e produtos; Dar suporte no lançamento de novos produtos, trazendo informações e necessidades do mercado, testando e avaliando os produtos; Divulgação do portfólio de produtos em todos os canais de atendimento; Análise de performance de oficinas parceiras; Prospecção de novas oficinas e distribuidores.
