Create high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, service manuals, and troubleshooting guides. Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, user-focused content that meets applicable standards and requirements.Create, edit, and maintain documentation for Product Inspection solutions. Review and revise content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Support product launches by delivering complete and timely documentation. Work closely with product managers, engineers, software developers, service teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and maintain technical information. Develop a strong understanding of products and services to ensure documentation accuracy. Author and maintain structured content using Schema ST4 and component content management methodologies. Manage content reuse, topic-based authoring, metadata, and information architecture. Coordinate localization and translation workflows with internal and external providers.Follow and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and content management best practices. Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and industry best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and technical documentation best practices. Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes through automation, content reuse, and digital transformation initiatives.
