All candidates must be safety conscious, self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, be experienced in working with other crafts, and have a desire to work in a market focused, team environment. Competitive wage at $36.93 an hour with additional skill-based pay levels ranging from $39.77 - $41.19. Once employed, test up! Comprehensive benefit package including Health Insurance, with family coverage ranging from $12.00 - $32.00 per paycheck. Health Savings Account, dental & vision, 401(k) with company match up to 3½% plus an additional 5% company contribution. 2-weeks’ vacation, 9 scheduled holidays, with 2 additional float holidays and state sick time, front loaded at 40 hours.
