The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialist to support a major government digital transformation initiative delivering critical technology, data and digital service capabilities. Working within an integrated delivery environment, you'll collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical teams and program leaders to ensure governance, risk, assurance and compliance activities are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with diverse stakeholders to strengthen governance practices, manage risk and support secure, compliant delivery outcomes. In this role, you will: Develop, maintain and enhance governance frameworks, policies, registers and reporting artefacts. Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews across technology, operational and delivery activities. Support internal and external audit, assurance and accreditation activities. Partner with project and delivery teams to ensure security, governance and compliance obligations are understood and achieved.
