 OVERVIEW The Digital and Technology team at General Mills India Centre is hiring for two positions within the Intelligent Automation team. Depending on the role, the selected candidate will focus on either building enterprise automation solutions using ServiceNow and Power Platform or developing AI-enabled automation solutions leveraging Agentic AI capabilities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Own end-to-end delivery of the automation programs assigned to this role, from planning to production handover. Run and manage Azure DevOps for owned delivery, including boards, workflows, and activity tracking. Develop Custom Low Code Applications utilizing ServiceNow App-Engine (Web UI, Workflows, CRUD Apps), Enhance and maintain CSM module for business, Configure and customize ServiceNow Applications, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance policies. Translate business requirements and process flows into technical specifications and automation workflows. Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations within ServiceNow to support automation initiatives Design integrations between automation platforms and enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM, web portals, and cloud and on-premises applications. Step into L2 / L3 support for automation solutions when issues escalate or the situation requires it, and lead resolution of complex or critical production incidents. Partner with the D&T IA Manager who owns Azure DevOps standards and adherence across the team. Participate in agile development ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in intelligent automation, ServiceNow, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI. Monitor the performance and health of automation workflows and integrated AI components MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:  Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors (Full time from accredited institution) Experience:  8+ years of total experience and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.  Technical Skills:   For Senior D&T Intelligent Automation Engineer (Agentic Ai): Python, Agentic/AI Automation, Automation Anywhere/ServiceNow Development, LangChain/RAG/MCP, RPA Proven experience owning delivery of technical automation programs end to end, covering planning, tracking, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder management. Generic project management without hands-on technical delivery is not a substitute A solid technical background in Intelligent Automation, with hands-on experience in at least one enterprise automation platform such as Automation Anywhere A360 or ServiceNow App Engine. Depth in both is not required. For Senior D&T Intelligent Automation Engineer (ServiceNow): Expert in ServiceNow App-Engine Low Code/No Code development or Customer service Management experience: Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, and UI policies, Flow Designer, Actions and Sub-actions, ServiceNow Portal, Widgets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and REST APIs. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate flows and PowerApps, is required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Hands-on experience across more than one automation platform, for example both Automation Anywhere and ServiceNow.
