Job Description & Summary In our Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are currently seeking a Senior AP Accountant (m/f) to join our growing team. This is a great opportun ity for a driven individual to enhance their skills and network at PwC, collaborating with experienced Accounting and Finance experts across the region. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the AP mailbo x and ensuring timely follow-up of incoming queries and invoices. Vendor administration in SAP and COUPA, including creating and maintaining vendor master data. Processing Purchase Order (PO) administration , invoicing and approval flows through COUPA. Handling payments, preparing payment proposals and postings. Following up on vendor ageings and resolving outstanding items. Supporting the monthly and year-end closing process for AP, including clearings and missing invoices. Ensuring correct VAT administration on incoming invoices. Performing bank handling activities (proposals, postings) and managing mirror codes. Managing bank guarantees. Supporting Treasury activities and providing RBR administration. Maintaining and following up on the AP Checklist to ensure controls and deadlines are met. Working with systems including SAP, COUPA, RSO and IPOWER. Personality requirements and skills - at least 3 years of experience in a similar position - fluent English language spoken and written (B2) - experience with SAP is required , experience with Coupa is an advantage - sense of detail and precision required - strong organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities - ability to think and plan ahead , be flexible, to quickly shift gears in a dynamic environment - ability to work as part of a team , whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability to share and collaborate, creating a positive team spirit Benefits you can enjoy while working at PwC Financial Rewards: Benefit from regular salary reviews, performance bonuses and other special bonuses. Salary: starting from 1 800 € (The stated salary represents the minimum for this position. Final compensation is determined individually based on your experience, expertise, seniority, and overall profile.
