 Job Description As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and business continuity across the plant. You'll lead impactful projects from concept through implementation while partnering with multi-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Lead multi-functional project teams to implement strategic plant initiatives, achieve cost savings targets, and support business continuity. Develop project plans, business justifications, technical specifications, and budgets. Prepare and submit capital expenditure requests. Manage a diverse portfolio of projects including product design changes, sustainability initiatives, process improvements, and equipment implementation. Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance performance and efficiency. Generate and champion new project ideas that bring value for the business. Collaborate with vendors on equipment design, specifications, concepts, and contract negotiations. Oversee equipment purchases, installations, and the development of new manufacturing processes and machinery. Provide creative leadership in solving complex operational and technical challenges. Independently identify solutions, secure resources, and drive projects to successful completion. Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing operations. Develop and implement test methods, process validations, and measurement system analyses. Support additional business initiatives and projects as needed. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Science, or a related field required. Minimum of 3 years leading continuous improvement projects within a manufacturing environment.
