The team focuses on onboarding high-quality sellers, improving their early success, and enabling sustained business growth on the platform. Operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, the team combines structured problem-solving with rapid execution to unlock supply-side growth at scale. About the Role We are looking for a Assistant Manager– Performance Marketing to join our Seller Growth team. In this role, you will own and scale seller acquisition and activation through performance marketing channels such as Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. You will focus on driving high-quality seller onboarding, improving activation rates, and optimizing CAC and payback periods. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experimentation-led thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
