As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll build and maintain the reporting systems and data infrastructure our trading operations run on — reliable data sources, well-built pipelines, and insights people can act on. This is a high-ownership role in a rapidly growing execution business. You won't just inherit dashboards — you'll define them. Working with sales, traders, engineers, and researchers, you'll establish real performance benchmarks across our entire algo suite, work that will directly shape how we sell and improve them.
