Job Description
Summary The Senior Manager, Tech Delivery - Integration provides hands-on technical delivery for global digital solution rollouts and local digital products within the Japan & South Korea Operating Unit, serving as the technical delivery lead for enterprise digital products deployed in the market. The role partners with Global Digital Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams to deploy, support, and operate digital solutions that deliver measurable business value. The role supports requirements gathering, fit–gap analysis, deployment execution, and ongoing operations — overseeing quality assurance, release management, and production readiness — while engaging OU and bottler stakeholders to ensure solutions are adopted and global products are successfully localized where needed. Responsibilities include: Execute market deployment of global digital products, including planning, testing, cutover, and stabilization activities. Provide technical support for global solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure. Support requirements gathering and product feature fit–gap analysis, translating local needs into product inputs. Partner with global teams on deployment of digital solutions within the OU and support ongoing operations. Oversee product validation, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful, quality product releases. Engage OU and bottler stakeholders to align on deployment and support needs. Drive adoption and change activities to realize business value from deployed solutions. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure delivery quality and adherence to standards. Support Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination across cross-functional teams. Track delivery status, risks, and issues, escalating and resolving proactively. Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and engineering best practices to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence. Or ganizational Impact Enables successful landing of global digital investments in JKOU markets and bottler environments. Supports delivery roadmaps that impact commercial, marketing, and vending operations. Ensures consistent execution of delivery standards, quality practices, and release management processes within the OU.
