GTM Talent Coordinator

We're hiring a GTM Talent Coordinator who will do more than schedule interviews. This is a hybrid operations + sourcing role: you'll own the operational backbone of our recruiting engine while actively building pipeline for certain roles across engineering, go-to-market, and G&A. You'll be one of the first dedicated sourcing hires at a company scaling fast, which means high ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the chance to shape how Blitzy hires for years to come.

Recruiting Operations (~50%) Own end-to-end interview coordination: scheduling across time zones, candidate communications, interviewer prep, and day-of logistics for onsite and virtual interviews Manage and maintain our ATS, data hygiene, pipeline reporting, and process documentation and integrations Be the primary point of contact for candidates in person, delivering a white-glove experience Support employer branding efforts, career page updates, and recruiting events Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, candidate experience etc.) Sourcing (~50%) Build and manage candidate pipelines for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Juicebox, talent communities, etc Write compelling outreach to reach passive candidates in competitive talent market Conduct initial screens to assess fit and sell the Blitzy opportunity Maintain talent pools for recurring and future hiring needs Partner with recruiters on sourcing strategy, search criteria, and market intel What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, sourcer, operations or in a similar talent acquisition role, ideally at a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with Ashby Exposure to sourcing or a demonstrated hunger to build that muscle Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you can juggle multiple searches and dozens of interview loops without dropping balls Strong written communication your candidate emails and outreach messages are polished and personable Comfort with ambiguity and change; our processes are still being built, and you'll help build them A high sense of urgency and ownership, you treat candidate experience as a competitive advantage Benefits Competitive compensation + equity 401(k) w/ 4% match Unlimited PTO Comprehensive health benefits Daily collaboration in our Cambridge HQ   Our Culture We operate with speed, intensity, and a strong sense of ownership.
