GIS Engineer

Join our Engineering team to deliver geospatial and enterprise application solutions that support critical business functions. In this role, you will configure, integrate, and optimize packaged and SaaS-based applications, driving scalable, efficient operations and enabling innovation across platforms.   Key Responsibilities • Design and implement configuration strategies to enhance the functionality, performance, and user experience of packaged and SaaS applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration, deployment, and operation of geospatial and enterprise systems • Analyze application performance and identify opportunities to improve stability, scalability, and efficiency • Manage application releases, ensuring compatibility across environments and adherence to quality standards • Leverage APIs, low-code platforms, and engineering tools to meet evolving business requirements • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to project teams • Contribute to continuous improvement through system insights, analytics, and user feedback • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for software delivery and operations Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline • Proven experience configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications in enterprise environments • Strong expertise in application integration, system configuration, and API-based solutions • Experience with geospatial (GIS) platforms, tools, or enterprise solutions • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and contributing to solution design and delivery decisions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills • Experience in the electric and gas utility industry, including large-scale utility network model data migration implementation projects • Experience as a Technical Lead on end-to-end ESRI ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise implementation projects   Preferred Qualifications • ESRI ArcGIS Pro Utility Network Model (UNM) Certification • Experience with SaaS testing methodologies and software quality assurance practices • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and modern engineering tools • Knowledge of release management processes and DevOps practices • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives This job description has been kept concise, client-neutral, and aligned with Singapore TAFEP guidelines by focusing solely on objective, job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.   About the Company / Team We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
