Job Description
The candidate is expected to have 8 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud Implementations. The candidate must have good working experience on Compensation modules. In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud Compensation business process and their data flow. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live. Should be able to provide consulting on best-practices guidance on business processes and implementation. Design and build/configuration of complex requirements for Compensation in Oracle Cloud. Understand the business requirements for Compensation and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud. Able to write complex Fast Formulas for Compensation. Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design. Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems for Compensation modules.
