Support the development and ongoing refinement of strategy for our business, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape Supports the team on pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior Develops a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets Builds and maintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functions including Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Technology Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working in Product, Technology, or Project Management Developing knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field consulting or strategy experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights Maintaining both a collaborative working style while also being comfortable working independently with minimal guidance Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
