LIFT focuses on leadership development for   early in   career Finance and Technology professionals, providing a variety of accounting and finance exposure during the 4 six-month long rotations. In addition to each rotational role, you will also   participate   in an extensive training curriculum and be   provided   opportunities for hands-on peer leadership. This program is available in Raleigh, North Carolina   and San Jose, California .

As a full-time participant,   you'll   join Cisco's global Finance organization, partnering with teams across the business, including Sales, Engineering, and other key functions, to help drive strategic business outcomes.   You'll   collaborate with fellow LIFT participants, business partners, managers, and senior leaders while developing your finance, leadership, and technology skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is curious, adaptable, open to feedback, and passionate about continuous learning, business trends, and making a meaningful impact.   As part of the LIFT Program experience, you will have the opportunity to:   Rotate through 4 different areas of Cisco Finance to gain exposure and make an impact.   The specific type of work varies based on which finance organization   you’ll   be placed into. Types of roles can include Financial Planning & Analysis, Managing Operating Expenses, Commercial Finance, Accounting, and more!   Craft new and dynamic business models and   come up with   profitable strategies   Transform data into actionable insights to address business challenges   Utilize AI-driven tools and intelligent automation agents to streamline financial reporting processes, extract actionable insights from complex datasets, and enhance the efficiency of team workflows.   Learn and develop the business acumen and skills necessary to becoming a future finance leader   Collaborate and interact with finance leaders, dynamic cross-functional teams, and early in career professionals   Attend various events throughout your experience with LIFT that will expand your professional network and career development.

To be eligible for the full-time position, you must be enrolled in a 4-year university with a   major   in A ccounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related degree path   and   in your final year   graduating between December 202 6   – June 202 7 .   OR 1-year   Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance   with no gap between   undergrad   and master’s program   Available to start as part of a cohort on   August   9 ,   202 7   as a full-time employee       Preferred Qualifications   Demonstrated   proficiency   in finance principles and technical excel skills   Foundational knowledge of AI tools and a strong aptitude for proactively applying emerging technologies to enhance financial modeling, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.   Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.   Active involvement in experiences beyond the classroom, such as leadership roles, student organizations, athletics, study abroad, research, internships, employment, or other extracurricular activities that   demonstrate   initiative, adaptability, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.     Why Cisco?  At
