Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week The role: The LATAM People Services Analyst is responsible for delivering high quality HR Operational support to employees and stakeholders across Latin America. This role operates in a hybrid work model and supports multiple entrance channels, including voice, chat, and data entry/case management activities. The analyst ensures accurate, timely and customer-focused resolution of HR inquires while maintaining compliance with regional policies, labor regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs) What you will do (responsabilities): Provide HR support to employees and managers across LATAM through voice, chat, and case management/data entry channels. Respond to inquiries related to onboarding, employee data, benefits, payroll support, leave management, policies, and other HR processes. Create, update, and maintain employee records in HR systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Triage and resolve HR cases within established service levels and quality standards. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate HR specialists or Centers of Expertise. Ensure compliance with LATAM countries labor legislation, company policies, and data privacy requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with LATAM People Services teams to standardize processes while addressing regional requirements. Support audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests as needed. Location : São Caetano do Sul/SP Your skills and abilities (required qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Language Requirements: Minimum intermediate English (written and verbal)/ Native or Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal)/ Portuguese is a strong plus Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or People Services, supporting multiple LATAM countries Knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and service delivery models Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Service Now or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Availability to work in São Caetano do Sul Availability to provide support coverage during LATAM business hours.
