Responsibilities
The Field Supervisor assists the Ancillary and Branch Service Managers in a variety of tasks essential to operational success. Duties include training ancillary service installers, ensuring customer satisfaction, customer complaint resolution and monitoring project schedules. You will… Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers; Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters; Conduct inspections with installation techs to ensure proper product usage and correct documentation; Assist Ancillary Service Manager with technician training meetings when necessary; Train and monitor of new hires on field operations; Manage and maintain equipment to ensure they are in proper working order. Communicates deficiencies to Branch/Service Manager; Assist technicians by resolving repeated re-treats; When required, will cover unattended routes in case of staff shortages; Provides feedback to the Branch/Service Manager regarding technician performance and issues or concerns; Seek opportunities for customer base growth; Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements; Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/ reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary; …And serve as a key member of the branch team! Qualifications
3 years' favorable employment in pest control role 1 year supervisory experience Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, DOT physical exam and DOT drug screen. Physical Demands / Working Environment: Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands Install encapsulation in low light conditions Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and
