Job Description ·         Content Development & Design o   Create engaging training materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and assessments. o   Develop content using various tools and software such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms. o   Ensure training content adheres to instructional design principles and best practices. ·         Collaboration with Stakeholders o   Work closely with SMEs, trainers, and leadership to gather information and identify training needs. o   Adapt technical or complex information into simple, clear, and impactful learning materials. Consult with stakeholders in context of project work to identify gaps, assess learning and training needs, and determine appropriate learning strategy. ·         Instructional Strategies o   Implement innovative learning strategies, including gamification, microlearning, and interactive media. o   Design training solutions that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. ·         Content Quality & Standards o   Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional design standards across all training materials. o   Conduct reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content. ·         Evaluation & Improvement o   Assess the effectiveness of training content through learner feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. o   Continuously improve and update training materials based on feedback, trends, and organizational changes. ·         Project Lead o   Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. o   Provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in education, English, or related subject Experience of at least 5 years in core instructional design Strong attention to detail ·         Communication skills – ability to interact with clients, SMEs. team members of the project team ·         Comprehension skills – ability to comprehend requirements and instructions clearly ·         Visualization – ability to conceptualize graphics, animations, and page layouts for training content ·         Knowledge and hands-on experience of: o   Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) o   Articulate Storyline and Rise o   StrivR - virtual reality platform o   Content Development platforms such as Gooroo, HeyGen, Eleven Labs, Canva, Vimio, Apple Vision Pro, Adobe Express o   Google AI
