As Ancillary Product Manager, you will manage day-to-day product and program activities across assigned ancillary initiatives, with an initial emphasis on the over-the-counter (OTC) benefit and flexibility to support other programs as business needs evolve. This role translates product direction and business needs into clear tasks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-through across internal teams and external partners. You will work across a broad set of partners, including Product, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance, Finance, Marketing, vendors, and others, to coordinate inputs, drive deliverables, document decisions, manage risks and open questions, and keep stakeholders aligned. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and disciplined follow-through in a matrixed, regulated environment.
