Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer    Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee   Central   all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.   Create an absence time type and a time account type .   Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees   Must have independently led the design workshops for customer    Must   have an understanding of   leading practices and industry best practices    Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central .   Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location   Must   have an understanding of   the end employee life cycle on the SF platform    Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3 rd  Party Payroll and other systems   Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central      Mandatory skill sets:     Employee Central   – Time Off   Preferred skill sets:     Employee Central – Time Off   Years of experience   required :     4   yrs+   Education qualification:     BE/ B.Tech /MBA/MCA/ M.Tech /CA/ICWA       Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Business Administration, Master of Engineering, Chartered Accountant Diploma, Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Application Software, Business Model Development, Business Process Modeling, Business Systems, Communication, Creativity, Developing Training Materials, Embracing Change, Emerging Technologies, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Software,
